He is particularly skilled in development of rolling stock tender documentation, new train introduction and assurance, having worked on several assignments for major rolling stock manufacturers and train operators.
David has a deep technical understanding, combined with strong project management and interpersonal skills, which he uses to capture and deliver client objectives with a clear and dependable approach. His experience includes train technical specification production, preparing compliance reports against industry and legislative standards, new train tender production and evaluation. He is adept at working across project teams to resolve complex issues.
