Oliver is a rail specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. He has held numerous cross-disciplinary roles covering, strategy, design, test and commissioning. He has provided above-rail and below-rail operational and business transformation for successful project delivery, as well as day‑of‑operations support and service delivery. He has experience in passenger, light rail, metro freight and on-track machine rail engineering and operations.
Oliver has deep knowledge of European Train Control System (ETCS), with experience in brownfield ETCS trackside and on-board integration, and rolling stock certification, overhaul, and modernisation.
