Wayne has over 30 years’ rail industry experience working for UK train operating companies and their owning groups. He has led the development of fleet and maintenance strategies and bid submissions for new rail contracts in both the UK and Europe. He is experienced in the specification, procurement and introduction of new rolling stock.
Wayne has extensive experience in the practical delivery of rolling stock maintenance in a production environment as well as maintenance optimisation, development of lifecycle cost models, performance improvement and the specification and upgrade of maintenance facilities.
